Warranty Terms & Conditions

RXFY guarantees that our products ("Product") are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for the duration specified in this Limited Product Warranty ("Warranty").

This Warranty is valid only in Singapore, provided the product is delivered new in its original packaging to the initial end-user purchaser ("Purchaser"). The Warranty does not apply to international service.

If the Product needs repair, we may, at our discretion, choose to repair, replace, or exchange it with an equivalent product or part(s) that may be new or refurbished. Replaced parts or Products will become our property. Any repaired, replaced, or exchanged parts or Products will continue to be covered under the Warranty for the remaining original Warranty period.

The Warranty period begins on the date of the original delivery. Proof of purchase is required to initiate a warranty claim.

This Warranty does not cover missing accessories or external parts unless reported within seven (7) days from the original delivery date. Any physical defects or faults visible upon delivery must be reported within seven (7) days. Otherwise, no such defects will be considered present at the time of delivery.

This Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or wear and tear.

Transportation costs to the service centre are not covered unless approved by us or required by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or similar damages arising from the use, inability to use, or performance of the Product. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.

We do not guarantee the Product will be free from loss, corruption, viruses, hacking, or other security issues and disclaim any related liabilities. The Purchaser is responsible for safeguarding the Product.

Our services may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, and we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such delays.

This Warranty becomes void if the Product has been modified by an unauthorised person or company.

Warranty periods may vary depending on the manufacturer or product type.

RXFY reserves the right to amend, modify, or change the terms and conditions of this Warranty due to changes in service availability, products, spare parts, or to comply with applicable laws and regulations, with or without notice.
